The couch and ottomans shipped really fast. They were easy to assemble and looked great! I was very happy with the affordability of these pieces.
My husband and I are in our late 60's. The couch is very low, so it was hard to get up from. We ordered 5" wooden legs from Amazon and for $50 solved the problem. Very good, sturdy furniture for the low, affordable price. I recommend it for anyone on a budget that wants something clean and new for their home!
My experience has been great from ordering, delivery and setting up the couch. I ordered on Christmas night and the couch was delivered on December 28! I ordered the 4 seater with 2 ottomans with an extra set of arms so that I could make one seat into a chair. It was so easy to set it up. I was too excited and didn’t wait for my partner and was able to easily assemble on my own. The couch is so comfortable and is so much more convenient with the dogs than my last couch. The legs are only 3in so it sits lower but I’m on the shorter side and it’s perfect. My family however is very tall (5’11-6’4) and they have all said the couch is comfortable as well so I didn’t get taller legs. I would definitely recommend and buy again
I am totally not satisfied with customer service and quality of furniture sent pics offered 100 bucks compressed cushion sent picture email purchased with Klarna and keep getting run around do not purchase I will update with solution in my case
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They offered a “365 night sleep test” with a 100% money back guarantee but it’s clear that never intend to honor it. I have been trying to return it since MARCH. They won’t send me a return label abut instead offer $40 if I keep it. They have told me four separate times that they have processed the refund and it will appear in my account in 24-hours, 5 business days, or 7 business days, but it never does. I have sent 12 emails at this point.
I ordered a modular u and a love seat. The shipping was very quick, fed ex lost 3 of our boxes but ihanherry cleared it up quickly and immediately shipped the boxes. It was easy to assemble and we absolutely love them. I know 2 of our friends have ordered them now!!!
I received my packages in excellent condition and in the timeframe mentioned. Easy to assemble, very comfortable, all back pillows and armrest pillows are very comfortable, i got black and the material is a great quality. The price was perfect and the size fits our whole family.
ordered the four seater with 2 ottomons and left one seat out to use on the other side of the room. this couch is great fit the price. extremely comfortable. it sits lower than most couches but you can always get bigger legs. i am 5’7 and my husband is5’11. The height doesn’t bother us. We have young children and they can get on the couch easily. I ended up ordering an extra set of arms for the seat that I left out. I’ll probably also add an extra ottoman for that chair. For the price of this couch this couch is great. I have a large dog in the pet. Hair doesn’t seem to stick. installation was straightforward. The only thing is make sure that this is the case that you want because it is expensive to ship back if you decide you don’t want.
