BEWARE!This Chinese company scams you with a 365 night trial that is not real. I purchased a 150$ mattress topper that is said to have satisfaction guarantee but when I tried to return after 30 days they said it has to be unused but offered me a 40$ refund. When I said no they just keep sending me the same form letter offering a 40$ refund. Any other emails I have sent questioning this have gone unanswered.
