I have used Ihateuroning a few times in the past and I had some good and some less good experiences. My last order though was the last straw though. Their lack of clarity on pricing means that I will pay double what I was supposed to. And this is despite my prompt reply a few minutes after receiving their invoice.It took me 3 further emails and 24 hours to get a reply from them, at which point, according to them, it was too late.
