I would choose their service for laundry daily without hesitation. I can't recommend them highly enough. Everything arrives immaculate, and they handle all garments with great care, regardless of the brand. It's truly a wonderful experience from the first wash.
What an AWFUL experience from the service. This was my first order, and I really depended on them to pick up my items for dry cleaning. The pickup was scheduled for 8 AM. At 8 AM, I received a text saying the driver was there and had tried to reach me, so I rushed outside only to find NO driver. A few minutes later, I got an update saying the driver had moved on. It turns out the driver was on the wrong street despite my address not mentioning it, and I left a detailed note specifying exactly where the building was. What a frustrating experience. I won't be returning, and you should probably expect unreliability as I did.
I'm regretting my decision to trust the service with my beloved silk shirts from various popular brands. They are now damaged, and the company seems indifferent to the situation. My shirts have lost their softness and are now stiff and crunchy due to excessive ironing at high heat; the fabric is ruined. I specifically requested careful handling, which was completely ignored. To make matters worse, they lost the nice cuff buttons. It's been a complete disaster. I'm extremely disheartened for relying on this service. If you read this, please think twice! Your local dry cleaner will offer much better service than this.
