This is my second review regarding my experience with the service. I reached out via email after my previous review but have yet to receive a response. I will be sending another urgent email requesting them to uphold their advertising that states if the hearing aids are unsuitable, they can be returned—albeit at a costly £16 to China! This feels like a scam and is a significant letdown for many.
