Do not buy hearing aids from this company! They are not suitable for purpose! Refunds are impossible! Returning items to a Chinese address at a cost of £26 only to have them turn up back on my doorstep 3 months later! We were caught out so take heed!

Disappointing Order and Communication Experience

I placed an order on 5th October and was charged for two sets. I was assured that if I returned one, I would receive a refund. However, after countless emails, my order never arrived, and communication has ceased, mirroring the experiences of others.

Lack of Return Policy and Customer Support

Upon receiving the items, my husband couldn't use them due to a high-pitched noise. The company acknowledged they were faulty, and I requested a prepaid envelope for returns and a replacement set. After numerous emails, I received a message three months ago stating they were on the way, but nothing has arrived. Every follow-up email just says it's under review—this feels like a scam!

Persistent Issues

I will be sending another urgent email requesting them to uphold their advertising that states if the hearing aids are unsuitable, they can be returned—albeit at a costly £16 to China! Non-Delivery of Hearing Aids

I ordered hearing aids for £69, and despite my bank flagging it as a possible scam, I proceeded with the purchase using a debit card (a big mistake). My order never arrived, and the tracking number was ineffective. After multiple messages, I was assured my order was in transit. Frustrated, I requested a refund but was offered a discount to keep the nonexistent item or to return it to China at my expense for a full refund. After I insisted on a refund, communication stopped. Fortunately, my bank intervened and managed to resolve the issue.

Scammed by the Service

I have been scammed as my items never arrived. When I contacted them, they took a while to respond and blamed the delivery service, although it clearly stated on their site that the package would not arrive. After waiting for two months with no response or refund, I feel cheated.
