Overall I had a good experience with iHeat. There was initially a delay with the installation, but the team kept me updated along the way and communication was clear, so I always knew what was happening. On the installation day the engineers arrived on time, explained everything properly and answered all my questions. They worked efficiently, completed the job to a good standard and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. Despite the early delay, the service on the day was very professional and I’m happy with my new boiler.
