Able to replace boiler very quickly. Very good pricing and very friendly and efficient staff. They even got the warranty sorted for me and will send me a reminder to get the boiler serviced every year. Great service!
Overall I had a good experience with iHeat. There was initially a delay with the installation, but the team kept me updated along the way and communication was clear, so I always knew what was happening. On the installation day the engineers arrived on time, explained everything properly and answered all my questions. They worked efficiently, completed the job to a good standard and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. Despite the early delay, the service on the day was very professional and I’m happy with my new boiler.
I woke up last Sunday to find no working central heating. I contacted iHeat the following day, expecting them to effect a repair under their warranty terms (not available on a Sunday)and was advised that the problem was with my smart home system and I should get an electrician out to fix it.
So, I paid the call out fee for my homeservice company and their engineer arrived yesterday (Tuesday) and declared the fault was in fact with the boiler and as it was unsafe he turned it off completely. So now we have no heat and no hot water. The engineer told me that everything would be sorted and I would get a call to let me know when the Worcester Bosch engineer would visit. No such phone call received yesterday.
Late this morning (Wednesday) I took a phone call from iHeat telling me I would have to arrange a Worcester Bosch visit myself. So that's another day wasted, no chance of an appointment today of course.
To say I feel totally abandoned by iHeat would be an understatement.
Just be warned if considering this company to replace your boiler they don't actually give a flying "F" for you as a customer once they have your money.
5 days with no heating in Winter is no fun, especially as in our late 70's we do feel the cold.
I messaged Worcester Bosch and they will be attending tomorrow.
From the initial enquiry to completion of fitting new boiler IHest were excellent. Answered all my questions clearly and accurately and it was a very good experience. I needed new boiler urgently as mine was condemned. I spoke with Iheat via the whats app chat facility initially. Answered a few questions regarding my property and Selected my boiler from options. Uploaded some simple photos for engineers to look at to make sure my option was suitable. Next day installation was amazing service. Kept in contact with me, updating me every step ofthe way during process.
Yuri the gas safe engineer arrived the next morning to install. Wow, what an amazing hardworking guy, he never stopped all day and was very knowledgeable and amazing at what he does. Even despite a few problems along the way Yuri sorted it and explained everything to me. He also left the house immaculate and was very tidy.
Such a friendly chap and would highly recommend him.
After2 day installation by Yuri the new system was explained to me thoroughly and all my questions answered.

I ordered a new boiler online and found the method of communication very quick and efficient with friendly customer services operatives.
And that's where the happy customer experience ended.
The first installation date was delayed by 5 days with our LPG supply stated as the reason as it needed a more specialist installer.
OK, the evening before the second installation day I received a message that it would be delayed by a further 5 days. So I called iHeat to ask why and didn't get a reason, but that it would definitely be on the 3rd date that they'd agreed.
So on the evening of the 3rd agreed installation date I received a phone call assuring me that the installation was on track and it was supported by a confirmation giving the engineer's name and an early installation time.
So on the 3rd installation date we ensured that the heating was off and cool and we waited..... And waited. When the 2.5hr arrival time window had passed, and was then an hour past that I called to ask for an eta. Bizarrely the customer services operative immediately tried to rebook to a 4th installation date. When I asked why, and had they contacted the engineer for an update, she said that she couldn't get hold of him, so just to be sure she wanted to rebook. I asked was it standard practice to contact engineers before an installation and was met with silence.
So, in a nutshell, shocking treatment of a customer. 3 lost days that I'd taken off for the 3 agreed installation date and lies......
I arranged an installation only two days in advance, right before Christmas! I initially sought local help but found no one available on such short notice. The installation went smoothly, the technicians were professional, and they completed the job in a little over six hours. I highly recommend this service. Great value for the money with quick availability. Thank you very much!
