Overall we had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Purchasing our chosen boiler through the website was extremely easy and iHeat offered a competitive price for the service. On the day we paid for the service we had a call from iHeat confirming the installation date, who the installer is and answered any questions we had. The night before we had a call and text message from the installer confirming what time he’ll arrive in the morning. The installer arrived on time, was very polite and courteous, got straight to the job and was always happy to explain anything. The installation took 2 days and on both occasions the installers work area was left clean and tidy, all waste was taken away. Our installer was Pete from PSW heating and plumbing and he was great, cannot fault him or his work in the slightest! We then had a follow up phone call from iHeat a couple days later to confirm we were happy with the service and our boiler was registered for the warranty. After reading some 1 ⭐ reviews I was a little sceptical however iHeat and Pete at PSW Heating and Plumbing have exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond every step of the way. Great experience overall and I would definitely recommend to others and would definitely use again (hopefully not anytime soon though 😅). Thank you! 😊
