I have never had any issues with iHerb or the app. Everything has been very good in my experience.
One thing though that made me laugh...I have seen commercials (ads) on Instagram showing how other suppliers simply throw bottles into a box, implying that their packaging and shipping may be substandard. My orders always come in crushed boxes and have flattened clear plastic "pillows" in them. My orders have never yet been damaged, but what you criticize in your add is exactly what I receive. I suspect that the little flattened plastic bags expanded at altitude and pop when in flight.
