It just seems like they can't seem to get it together i had my old address on they're shipping page when I went to check out.I had given them the new address and I expected to be able to put my new address on the offer page when I checked out, like most companies do and what do I get where there was no page, so I contacted the company to please intercept it ,I even contacted the outfit that they call ontrack and asked them to please intercept my package, and send it to my correct address. I gave Ontrac and iherb the correct address several times I , and the company that I contacted told me they need approval from iherb. iherb never gave them approval now.My package was delivered to my old address.Lucky for them, That I work at the complex where the package was delivered I was able to call my boss and ask him to please go get it I work for a very nice older gentleman. I'm a dog walker ,And I also do laundry on weekends.The point I'm making is is thatTo me that this is below standard customer service, and they should try to do better. And they don't even have a phone center that one time they did, because I remember speaking personally to someone I got a shipment like the other person on here where everything was thrown in a box and all the you know some of the stuff was broken and it you know it just came apart that was a few years ago.I don't like a company that doesn't have phone service. I
shows that they're cheap and it shows thatStingy that they just don't want to pay anyoneAnd by using chat it proves they don't really want to help anyone.I have checked out a couple of the other companies like Swanson ,Vitacost And Thrive they all have phone numbers that you can speak to people on human beings actually one-on-one my question to them is what would happen if there's a severe technical difficulty and somebody needed help immediately?This very second.And they had to mess around with some chat robot.That is so unprofessional! They're the worst.I don't like giving bad reviews.And usually I'm too busy to give reviews.But they should be grateful that they have a company and customers to buy things from them at all. They really should.At one time I really like them a lot and I used to order a lot from them long before I moved.But in the past couple of years they've gotten really bad they don't care about how they ship things!And they don't care about customers or how they feel or what they think.And it's it's a really bad thing.It's the worst experience I've had in a long time and I'm really upset now I have asthma and this whole experience with them not intercepting A package that could have been intercepted for me,Because the other company said that they would do it under the approval from iherb. But they never even bothered so that tells me that they have below standard customer service.Its really a shame,cause they have a great little store. I hope they try harder to do better while moving forward.

Ordered often before perfect!
Today broken glass and then refund cannot be sought due to their system deciding my photo was not good enough!!!
Broken glass everywhere in the box!
That is not right, accept my photos iherb to allow the refund!
Whilst the refund can’t be processed without photo acceptance no refund can be processed!
Neat way out of responsibility.

I mistakenly purchased the wrong product, the company was helpful to fix the issue when I originally contacted them through the chat, but then they sent the wrong product again. And now it's impossible to contact them via chat (I can't get past the bot's attempts to verify that I'm not a bot ugh, don't you love it?), and there are no phone or email addresses to contact them. I requested capsules but they resent powder formula. Please send the requested capsules.

Website is a complete crap.
After years of ordering from iHerb got suddenly a message that my phone number in the delivery address is wrong. It took me a while to understand that it doesn't like the country code with plus as a prefix. It has to be just zero now. Looks like not a big issue, so I retype the phone number putting zero instead of a country code, click Save and got a message that now your delivery address is changed, so you have to retype your credit card number. So, should be also easy, right? I see the red field, where I need to retype it, try to click on it (actually press with a finger on my iPad), but nothing happens. The problem was that we open the website on iPad in portrait mode and it this mode the field for the number is too much cropped, so it is not clickable anymore. Again it took us a while to realize where the problem is and turn iPad to landscape mode. Then iHerb tried to re-authorize my credit card (even though it was still the same card), but somehow did not use the 3DS thing, so it got rejected by my bank.
At the end a simple thing such as to finalize the purchase took almost half an hour. And it is just because someone decided that the phone number can't contain country code anymore.
Dear iHerb, PLEASE, STOP MESSING WITH THE BACKEND! LEAVE ALL AS IT IS, PLEASE!
I would wish a frontend could be improved (e.g. proper support of portrait mode on iPad), but I'm afraid that you'll do it even worse.

My experience with iHerb was, is and will be about the professionalism, accuracy and fair tactics with which this site treats its buyers (clients).
I am fascinated by the variety of products for each category of buyer, starting from price, quality and delivery of products.
I want to mention that in these many years of buying from iHerb, I had the only case when I returned a product.
It was bergamot oil, which I think wasn't sealed properly at the factory and when I received it, it was leaking a little.
So the company was very responsive to the return of this oil and they refunded the money quickly.
I am very happy with iHerb!

My initial subscription was good. When I wanted to add an item, I found it difficult to figure out. This resulted in 2 subscriptions a day apart so a double ship instead of one larger subscription.
On the plus side, plenty of choices and reasonable prices.
