It just seems like they can't seem to get it together i had my old address on they're shipping page when I went to check out.I had given them the new address and I expected to be able to put my new address on the offer page when I checked out, like most companies do and what do I get where there was no page, so I contacted the company to please intercept it ,I even contacted the outfit that they call ontrack and asked them to please intercept my package, and send it to my correct address. I gave Ontrac and iherb the correct address several times I , and the company that I contacted told me they need approval from iherb. iherb never gave them approval now.My package was delivered to my old address.Lucky for them, That I work at the complex where the package was delivered I was able to call my boss and ask him to please go get it I work for a very nice older gentleman. I'm a dog walker ,And I also do laundry on weekends.The point I'm making is is thatTo me that this is below standard customer service, and they should try to do better. And they don't even have a phone center that one time they did, because I remember speaking personally to someone I got a shipment like the other person on here where everything was thrown in a box and all the you know some of the stuff was broken and it you know it just came apart that was a few years ago.I don't like a company that doesn't have phone service. I
shows that they're cheap and it shows thatStingy that they just don't want to pay anyoneAnd by using chat it proves they don't really want to help anyone.I have checked out a couple of the other companies like Swanson ,Vitacost And Thrive they all have phone numbers that you can speak to people on human beings actually one-on-one my question to them is what would happen if there's a severe technical difficulty and somebody needed help immediately?This very second.And they had to mess around with some chat robot.That is so unprofessional! They're the worst.I don't like giving bad reviews.And usually I'm too busy to give reviews.But they should be grateful that they have a company and customers to buy things from them at all. They really should.At one time I really like them a lot and I used to order a lot from them long before I moved.But in the past couple of years they've gotten really bad they don't care about how they ship things!And they don't care about customers or how they feel or what they think.And it's it's a really bad thing.It's the worst experience I've had in a long time and I'm really upset now I have asthma and this whole experience with them not intercepting A package that could have been intercepted for me,Because the other company said that they would do it under the approval from iherb. But they never even bothered so that tells me that they have below standard customer service.Its really a shame,cause they have a great little store. I hope they try harder to do better while moving forward.
