During the introductory meeting, the presenter spoke too quickly, and even requests to slow down went ignored. I missed two online classes due to technical issues and a lack of effective support. They claim to raise a help ticket, but I haven’t received any resolution. I feel that the organization prioritizes profits over student support. I'm extremely disappointed and would advise others to consider different options.
