So unorganized, and they know it. The man in charge at the perth campus literally tried to bribe my class to give five star reviews for ihna in exchange for money gift cards. They have only one admin person, one IT person and my lecturer always seems to be busy doing anything but our own class work. Uniform is like $200 with postage too, what a joke.

The organization acknowledged my withdrawal and refund request but has been consistently delaying and avoiding a resolution. Despite numerous follow-ups, formal complaints, and escalations to higher management, there has been no resolution or clear timeline provided, only ongoing deflections. I have now filed complaints with the appropriate authorities after exhausting all internal avenues. Please research thoroughly before enrolling to avoid risking your hard-earned money. If you're considering the Individual Support course, think twice. There’s a lack of assistance, especially for non-native English speakers. The course duration is lengthy, placements are inadequate, and job opportunities are limited. Employers seem to overlook candidates from this institution.
I’m grateful to have completed my studies at this amazing college. A big thank you to my tutor for his guidance and support throughout the course.
