After a long a pushy calls and emails to sign up with their course; I ended signing up and decided to give them a $300 deposit. Weeks later, the course hasn’t started and I called to cancel due to work priority. The lady Ayesha mentioned that I will get my refund back and after following their procedure of waiting for 30 BUSINESS DAYS, I still have not received my deposit. Days, weeks and months of emails and phone call get me nowhere…Then, finally someone from Account sent a remittance advice 2 months after submitting refund form, but was backdated to 1 month after refund form submitted, but still NO MONEY IN BANK UNTIL NOW (May 2025). Total of 3 months and no money in my bank. Btw, I think the remittance advice was fake, because I call my bank, and confirmed there was no money transferred from their account.Don’t waste your time and money on liars, scammers, and slum-dog like these people. For those who have suceeded their journey IHNA - congratulations - but those who changed their mind with IHNA, be warned and run away from these slum-dogs. I wish karma will bite you back.
