This service deserves no stars due to their unacceptable customer support and late-night email responses. I've struggled to return an unwanted item, and they complicate the process unnecessarily. Living over a mile from the nearest post office without transport makes it ridiculous to expect me to carry a heavy treadmill. I've reached out multiple times about return shipping costs, but they haven't responded. They also refused to send me a return label. I strongly advise against using this service as they are unhelpful and disrespectful.
