I ordered a gift for my daughter for Christmas, but when she opened it, it was broken. I contacted the support team immediately and was asked to send pictures and videos. I even purchased a new charger, but it still didn't work. Eventually, they wanted me to pay an additional £20 to receive a replacement while keeping the defective item. It feels unfair to pay more for their error, and now my daughter won't receive her Christmas gift.
Prompt delivery. My son enjoys it immensely and spends a significant amount of time using it both indoors and outdoors. It was his first experience with this type of product, and he adapted to it very quickly. Connecting to music via Bluetooth is simple. However, it's heavier than I anticipated, so be cautious about potential damage indoors while practicing!
