I placed an order for Electric scooter on the 31st of Aug. I was promised 2 - 7 days delivery. After two weeks of placing the order, I tried to cancel the item as there was no response on either phone number or by email.I placed the cancellation request via email and copied Sales team into it. I got a replies such as'the item is in the process of delivery', 'return the item back to us and we will refund it', 'Did the customs office contact you about the scooter', 'Have you received any documents from customs office'.I reported the case as fraud to my Barclays card and they have taken over the investigation of this case.Nearly a month into the purchase. I received an email yesterday 25th of September saying that they will refund the money. I don't know when.What an experience in this day and age!
