Trafalgar House wrote to Interactive Investor on the 23 February 2026 re the transfer of funds to my wife’s SIPP and as at 10 April 2026 Trafalgar House hasn’t received a response, so they are having to open a complaint case.
Business must be good or the management are totally incompetent when it’s taken over 45 days to respond to a money transfer in request. Such poor service but not isolated within the Financial Services sector.
