Terrible experience so far with II: requested to transfer my pension from AVIVA: two pots, two separate trasfers. The II portal only reflected one of them, but showed the total amount as a result with no apparent way of drilling into the details. The support line is not available on weekends altogether and discards you on weekdays after suggesting that you can request a call-back with no details on how to do so and with no chat functionality on the website. Tried to access the secure messages on Saturday and got "Back soon..."! It would not feel so bad if they at least told the customers how long the maintenance is going to take rather than just putting such unhelpful message... How did they get a customer service award totally escapes me - it does not really get any worse than this... Feels like a total scam!
