He was so patient and I’m telling you I have never seen it more professional person ever exhibit the professionalism and patience that he showed me. I have been so frustrated trying to get on this site and he took his time and we tried several times because I had misspelled the answer to one of the security questions, but he helped me through it and I can’t be more thankful to have reached someone like him on the phone. You are very, very lucky to have this man working for you because he did an outstanding job.

Inability to log in to my account

Yesterday, I experienced a great deal of frustration trying to log in to my account, but without success!I telephoned customer services and spoke to an extremely knowledgable and helpful gentleman called Harris.He was very patient and empathetic and did his best to assist me, but told me that the problem needed further investigation. He said he would get back to me at a time of my choosing today, which he did. With the help of the IT team he was able to rectify the issue and assured me that the problem was not of my making! If you need any help, I can not recommend him more highly. He was a joy to work with, not always the case with companies these days. If you need help, ask for HARRIS ! Many thanks, Monica Merrill

ii.co.uk have just released emails about new Essentail service plans for investing - cheaper ones - which i didn't quite understand. if you can get hold of Callum at their call centre he's pretty good at explaining.

Farhana was clear and understood my concerns re a cash deposit that was not showing up on the system. She investigated and addressed my query efficiently and effectively within an acceptable period of time putting my mind at rest that the money hadn’t gone astray and would be dealt with manually.
