Yesterday, I experienced a great deal of frustration trying to log in to my account, but without success!I telephoned customer services and spoke to an extremely knowledgable and helpful gentleman called Harris.He was very patient and empathetic and did his best to assist me, but told me that the problem needed further investigation. He said he would get back to me at a time of my choosing today, which he did. With the help of the IT team he was able to rectify the issue and assured me that the problem was not of my making!
