After setting up a SIPP, I contacted Interactive Investor this afternoon, to find out where my funds were. As they were between my old pension company and II, I could not ask my previous fund what was going on.I emailed II, then phoned them and spoke to James Brook, who was extremely helpful. He located my fund, identified the amount that was being transferred then told me when the funds would be hitting my account. James then followed up to my emailed request for information. Extremely good service - Thank you.
