There was a severe lack of communication. I ordered a jacket on Dec 16th for my wife as a Christmas gift. The website claims they ship from multiple locations, including the USA, so why is my item coming from China? I was hoping it would arrive in time for Christmas, but now I'm losing hope! The lack of clarity on whether this is a USA-based company or a Chinese one is frustrating. I've learned the hard way not to order from Facebook ads; I'm disappointed once again. Buyer beware!
