There's no option to communicate with a live representative, and the emails indicate my orders were canceled upon request, yet I haven’t received any refunds.

There was a severe lack of communication. I ordered a jacket on Dec 16th for my wife as a Christmas gift. The website claims they ship from multiple locations, including the USA, so why is my item coming from China? I was hoping it would arrive in time for Christmas, but now I'm losing hope! The lack of clarity on whether this is a USA-based company or a Chinese one is frustrating. I've learned the hard way not to order from Facebook ads; I'm disappointed once again. Buyer beware!
I had a delightful experience with their jackets. The fleece lining keeps me warm during winter, whether indoors or outdoors. I also got one for my grandma, and she loves it. I appreciate that they offer customization. I ordered on Dec 14th and was worried it wouldn't arrive by Christmas, but it came on Dec 23rd, just in time!
