It's truly astonishing how inefficient this service is. My partner and I have been promised callbacks regarding a simple re-sign process, but nothing has happened after a week. The wait times are nearly 45 minutes, and when we do connect, the representatives are hard to understand or seem distracted. If I could rate this service lower, I would. It's absurd.
