I started with a small, personalized service over 20 years ago, but since the takeover, my experience has been dreadful. Even after canceling my account, I was charged for an additional month. After multiple calls, I was promised a refund and told I could keep my old modem, only to receive contradictory requests later. The confusion and lack of communication make me question if anyone at the company is communicating with each other. It’s disheartening to see such a decline in service.
