Absolutely ridiculous. I contacted them 3 days ago, got a call saying I'll get a form to sign, signed it, then 2 days later they want me to fill another form, except after I hang up I find out they sent the wrong form, and instead of the new one I got sent the exact same one as last time. Now I have to wait another 2-3 days for a response. never buying anything from iinet again
