After being with a reliable provider for 20 years, the current service has been a complete letdown. No callback as promised, and after two weeks of outages, I finally received a call from a representative who was difficult to understand. Despite their efforts, the issues persist, and I was told the problem was resolved, which it clearly isn't. I plan to switch providers as soon as I can. It's unfortunate for a service that once had such a dedicated customer base.
