0 stars!!! Absolutely horrendous experience.Applied for IKEA finance over 2 weeks ago in the store. System was already glitchy then and I was told that it’s like that sometimes and to try from the actual app and not the browser which I also did. Still the app was glitchy. Had my application approved but then never got to complete and sign. Customer service - useless. The Ikano phone line is another shocker with a massive delay on their line which makes it impossible to have a conversation with them and then the line gets disconnected and I had to call them back again. I asked to please call me back if we get disconnected again and they said the would, and they didn’t. Kept getting disconnected and also couldn’t continue my call cause of the very long delay in the phone line. Two weeks in and still no resolution. The app keeps glitching as well as their site and subsequently they’ve now done several hard searches which are negatively impacting my credit files as it looks like I keep going back for new applications when that is not the case.I can’t stress how frustrating this whole experience has been and still is.
