The app couldn't find my bank (Nationwide) and refused a £1000 loan on this basis. IKEA potentially lost the sale as a result and I lost 30 minutes. However... IKANO got back in touch as a result of this review and were very professional, courteous and helpful. I'm not sure what happened originally on the website as I no longer need the loan but my advice if something similar happens would be to call IKANO support and walk through your application.
