I'd also like to take some time to thank the friendliness of the people running this startup. I accidentally dropped my Ikarao machine because I REALLY wanted to try singing karaoke while my back was to injured to pull it off the shelf. Hearing my plight, they offered to replace it. Even when FEDEX declined to deliver and the package got sent back to china, they offered to re-ship.
