I wasn’t sure I wanted to spend this much money on a karaoke machine for home, but I’m glad I did. We purchased the Break x1 because I wanted something loud and I wasn’t disappointed! The machine comes in great packaging, which was very impressive. It has many more features than I saw from the various videos I watched. The quizzes are a ton of fun and the song selection is endless. I plugged in two additional wireless mics in the back and had four singers at times. I think it was definitely worth the money, but maybe the best part is their customer service! I emailed them with serious issue I had and they replied within a day…even on a Saturday! They had me try various software options and updates, but after all these, the issue persisted. Finally they sent me a label for the return and I had the replacement within a week…very impressive! The replacement is perfect…we love it…you will too!

My views about this Ikarao kareoke BreakX2 machine was excellent. The only thing that I gave 3 star because the manufacturer did not include a charging adapter to charge the main unit, it only comes with a cable. As I was exploring the tablet the bar drop to 2 and the unit need to be charged. It so happen that I do not have a charging port that is compatible to plug the device. I ended up stopping the set up and buy the charger to Amazon, and it took me a week to wait for the charger to be deliver. Just be aware that if your buying model Break X2 it doesn’t comes with a charging adapter hope this will help.
Fantastic Karaoke Machine for a reasonable price. I'm super impressed with the ease of operation. The sound is outstanding 👌 The only thing I would like to see added as an improvement is the ability to record. Thank you for making a great product!
I received the Ikarao karaoke machine as a birthday present. It came with a free 6 month subscription of Karafun and all I had to do was email support and they emailed back right away with instructions. Then a few months later, my second microphone stopped charging for some reason. I emailed support again and again, they emailed back right away saying they’d send another microphone. Unfortunately, the microphone was not the correct one (I think it was just packaged incorrectly) so I emailed again. Once again, I received a professional response in the next day or so and they let me know they’d send the correct one. They did not make me ship back any of the incorrect microphones which was so nice. I received the correct (and working!) microphone and they emailed to ensure it was received. All in all, despite the issues, I am impressed with this company. They really are working hard to keep a positive relationship with their customers! I’m a big fan.
I'd also like to take some time to thank the friendliness of the people running this startup. I accidentally dropped my Ikarao machine because I REALLY wanted to try singing karaoke while my back was to injured to pull it off the shelf. Hearing my plight, they offered to replace it. Even when FEDEX declined to deliver and the package got sent back to china, they offered to re-ship. They've been very warm and pleasant in every interaction.They also have a group for die hard fans, which I'm really excited to hear more about
No customer support, no live links or contact details on returns page - they are a fraudulent company and website taking money and sending out faulty tech. The email addresses are not legit when they do contact you - all so they cannot be traced. We are reporting them. Do not buy from Ikarao.co.uk
