I received the Ikarao karaoke machine as a birthday present. It came with a free 6 month subscription of Karafun and all I had to do was email support and they emailed back right away with instructions. Then a few months later, my second microphone stopped charging for some reason. I emailed support again and again, they emailed back right away saying they’d send another microphone. Unfortunately, the microphone was not the correct one (I think it was just packaged incorrectly) so I emailed again. Once again, I received a professional response in the next day or so and they let me know they’d send the correct one. They did not make me ship back any of the incorrect microphones which was so nice. I received the correct (and working!) microphone and they emailed to ensure it was received. All in all, despite the issues, I am impressed with this company. They really are working hard to keep a positive relationship with their customers! I’m a big fan.
