What initially caught my eye was the design of the Break X2 aside from the features and price. It was the perfect size and portable. The first few days of use was so much fun but some time later, the unit's screen stopped functioning. I reported the issue and a new replacement unit was promptly sent over. I was surprised (in a good way)! It's been smooth sailing ever since, and my family loves to gather around during our fun karaoke sessions.
