The disparity between this location and others is frustrating; in some places, you can return opened items within 180 days if they are unused and in good condition, but here, returns are refused simply for opening the box, regardless of whether the product was used. This inconsistency is unacceptable and reflects unfair treatment. Customers shouldn't be penalized for checking their purchases. Overall, this experience was disappointing, and significant improvements are needed in customer support and the outdated return policy.
