I am very disappointed with this app. There is no option to check the delivery status. Customer service is not reachable at all. The refund option is also not available in the app.
This is very frustrating and unacceptable. Please fix these issues immediately. I do not recommend using this app.

Extremely disappointing experience. The company wouldn't take responsibility for the insurance required by my residence, which resulted in incomplete delivery and installation. I had to reach out multiple times to resolve the issue and requested a refund for installation costs after delays. Now, I have to handle everything myself. They have caused damage to our premises in the past, according to building management, and now refuse to comply, leaving me without products or services. As a goodwill gesture, they offered a meal voucher. Disheartening and disrespectful.
In the midst of a nightmare kitchen installation. Many other reviews echo my frustrations. I can't believe how poor it is. It's like a tutorial on how not to treat customers, with incompetence, disrespect, and blatant dishonesty on full display.
Completely unacceptable. They attempted to sell me a broken bed that had been glued and polished, clearly thinking I wouldn't notice. The level of dishonesty is appalling. After that, it took 40 days — along with countless calls and emails — just to receive a replacement. This company lacks integrity. If you purchase furniture from them, inspect every piece carefully during and after installation, or you might end up being misled like I was.
Avoid ordering from this service; their delivery and customer service are the worst. First, it takes days to receive online orders, and they charge extra for installations. Despite this, their delivery service is unreliable. Delivery agents are unprofessional. They don’t provide contact information until the delivery agents call, suggesting that delivery is outsourced. Neither the company nor the delivery service cares about customer satisfaction once the order is placed and paid. I will not order from them again.
Dear Team, I appreciate that your team partially installed the kitchen. However, I was told the marble team would arrive today for measurements, and now it's 7:30 PM with no sign of them. I'm worried this delay is part of the process, leaving us with a half-finished kitchen.
