Online Order, don´t do it (Abu Dhabi Ikea) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Ikea in the UAE, not a fan!I have ordered a lot of products online. On the website it states that there will be a short delivery time! in facts this is a true fat lie!The waiting time will be over a months time, if they dont forget you.'If you can´t keep a promise for your customers on delivery, why don´t inform your PEOPLE on the website about the long delivery time! instead of letting so many people, thousands waiting in hope for the IKEA van to appear at their doorstep!My biggest complain about Ikea Abu Dhabi, is that you can´t reach them! Neither on the phone or online.They give a number online for the frustrated customers, and when you call that number (8004532) there is a voice saying, "Sorry, all lines are still busy, please try again later!"And that is a lie, There is no one to contact.Why not tell the truth to the customers, instead of this voice message on the phone, letting people waiting on the line for hours!I still today! 17/05-20 are waiting for 2 orders!I even went personlly to Ikea myself in person (2 times) !, to the customer center to hear what is going on! Its a joke, you order something online, but you have to go there yourself in person to ask them for the delivery! ironic, when you actually ordered online. omg haha'NOT A FAN!The story is not done yet. I even received a sms, from their Shipping partner, (Elite) that my package would be out for delivery! I still never received anything!False hope guys!Think Its very sad and confusing!As a loyal customer, I have my doubts about Ikea in the UAE now!
