The return and exchange policy here is among the worst I've encountered. Customer service is slow, unhelpful, and seems disinterested in assisting customers. There’s a lack of cooperation, urgency, and accountability from the staff, making it feel like customers are not a priority. What adds to the frustration is the stark contrast between the policies here and those in other regions. For instance, in another country, you can return an opened item within 180 days as long as it remains unused and in good condition. However, here, they refuse returns simply because the box was opened, even if the product was never used. This inconsistency is unacceptable and highlights unfair treatment across locations. Customers shouldn’t be penalized for opening a box to inspect their purchase. Overall, this experience was highly disappointing, and the service here needs significant improvement, especially regarding customer support and the outdated return policy.
