I placed an online order for two wardrobes, both standard packages with shelves and doors — nothing customized. However, one door was missing. I received only one door instead of two. To make matters worse, only one door is listed on the invoice, indicating a potential problem with the ordering system. I inquired about ordering the missing door separately and having it delivered for free, since it was part of the original package. I was hoping for a fair solution, but I was informed that this wasn't an option. This is quite disappointing. As a long-time customer in multiple countries, I’m genuinely surprised by how a loyal customer is treated over what seems to be a system error. Being left with an incomplete wardrobe and no reasonable resolution is unacceptable. At this point, I plan to return the wardrobe, as I don't see the point in keeping an incomplete product due to an error beyond my control.
