As a long-time customer, I was very let down by my experience recently. I tried to buy two wardrobes I saw in-store, but they weren't available online. After contacting support, I was put on a live chat for over two hours. When I finally got the link to purchase, the assembly and delivery fees were quoted at $1,151, which seemed misleading compared to the in-store prices. This huge difference led me to cancel my order. I later sought to speak to a manager, but was only directed to a representative who provided an unmonitored email for complaints. It feels like the company doesn't care about negative feedback.
