I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service received. After spending considerable time searching for a specific product and placing my order, it was canceled without any clear reason. When I finally reached an operator after a long wait, I was simply told that 'the system canceled the order.' There was no explanation or solution offered. This experience has severely damaged my trust in the service.
