Poor customer service experience

I had one of the worst experiences with customer service. The staff seemed untrained and unsure about their own products. I spoke to multiple representatives just to buy a simple couch, yet no one could match the in-store discounted price. The online chat was excruciatingly slow, and no one took responsibility for resolving my issue. This is very disappointing for such a well-known brand.
