Extremely Disappointing Return Experience

I visited the store to return some items that were clearly labeled, but I had to wait 20 minutes to talk to a representative who refused the return without a receipt. After finding the receipt just 5 minutes later, I returned to the same line, only to be made to wait another 20 minutes by the employee, who was quite rude. The lack of empathy and respect for older customers was shocking. It was truly frustrating to deal with such unkind behavior.
