Every time I attempt to log in, I'm informed that my password is INVALID. I change my password, and it indicates I can log in, yet I still can't. I reached out via email, and they replied saying they would get back to me in a few days. All I'm trying to do is update the firmware on my pedal, but I'm unable to do so and can't reach them. When the passwords were malfunctioning, I tried checking my username and changing it, but there was no option for that. I attempted to create a new account, but it said I already had one. That might be true, but I still can't log in. I tried calling, and they told me to fill out an online tech support form. I've submitted a few, and each time I get more frustrated. It's incredibly aggravating that I can't use my pedal after a year, especially since I registered it. I'm left with a $400 device that is useless to me. I also wanted to access the Editor for my laptop, but I'm blocked by this password/username issue. My frustration with this company and product has reached its peak.
