The Website Is Frustratingly Ineffective

Every time I attempt to log in, I'm informed that my password is INVALID. I change my password, and it indicates I can log in, yet I still can't. I reached out via email, and they replied saying they would get back to me in a few days. All I'm trying to do is update the firmware on my pedal, but I'm unable to do so and can't reach them. When the passwords were malfunctioning, I tried checking my username and changing it, but there was no option for that. I attempted to create a new account, but it said I already had one. That might be true, but I still can't log in. I tried calling, and they told me to fill out an online tech support form. I've submitted a few, and each time I get more frustrated. It's incredibly aggravating that I can't use my pedal after a year, especially since I registered it. I'm left with a $400 device that is useless to me. I also wanted to access the Editor for my laptop, but I'm blocked by this password/username issue. My frustration with this company and product has reached its peak.

Disappointing Experience with the Company

What a disappointing company. I didn't receive what I expected due to a promotion that had apparently ended but was still displayed on the promotions section of their website. I decided to purchase a specific product to take advantage of the promo but ended up with just the basic version. When I contacted support, the response was minimal, simply stating that the promotion had ended. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company. I find that pirated software often offers better functionality, avoiding the issues with their product management.

Lack of Appreciation for Loyal Customers

There seems to be no respect for my loyalty as a long-time customer. I reached out and received no reply for six days, then emailed again but received no answer to my question. I'm not in great health, yet my issues remain unresolved. I've attempted multiple times to get my product working, but it crashes despite updates. I've invested a lot here, and if someone had just read my emails, we could have resolved this. I'm deeply disappointed.

Support Experience Was Frustrating

The response times from support were excessively long, often taking several days. An issue that should have been resolved quickly took almost two weeks. The representative repeated questions multiple times, and the assistance I received felt unhelpful and impersonal. This is my second negative experience with this company, and it feels like they are discouraging customers from seeking support.

Great Product, But Support Lacks Competence

The company offers a range of products, mostly software-based, but they seem to struggle with customer loyalty. Their synthesizer is impressive, but the support leaves much to be desired. The device has excellent features, but the power supply is subpar. The editor software is outdated, which is frustrating for a product launched recently. When I inquired about updates, I was told the product was discontinued, which is concerning. I've faced issues when raising these points on forums, leading to my posts being deleted. This lack of transparency and support makes me hesitant to continue as a customer.

Felt Deceived Financially

I felt financially taken advantage of by the company. I wanted to purchase some VSTs and ended up buying one for a high price. Later, I discovered a better deal for a bundle that I would have preferred. This led to unnecessary spending, which I find very deceptive. It's frustrating to feel cheated, and the lack of a money-back guarantee adds to my dissatisfaction.
