There seems to be no respect for my loyalty as a long-time customer. I reached out and received no reply for six days, then emailed again but received no answer to my question. I'm not in great health, yet my issues remain unresolved. I've attempted multiple times to get my product working, but it crashes despite updates. I've invested a lot here, and if someone had just read my emails, we could have resolved this. I'm deeply disappointed.
