The chat told me that for the Netherlands I must call or email, but both options are unsuccessful. I leave in two days, and I am also not in good health with reduced mobility, so I cannot keep traveling back and forth to a pickup point.At this point, I don’t know where my package is or who to contact. This level of customer service is very disappointing.
