Disappointing Experience with Delayed Shipping

I ordered well in advance of the holiday season, but my item didn't ship until a week later and has been stuck in a remote location for three days now. The carrier used was an unfamiliar cross-border fulfillment service that I had never heard of. I received orders from other retailers placed on Black Friday, yet my package is nowhere near delivery. Additionally, the website has frequent glitches, such as problems adding items to the shopping bag, making the experience a real hassle. If you love their products, consider ordering from other sellers. If you're just looking to try them, I would strongly advise against it.

I had the greatest customer service…

I had the greatest customer service experience with Gian today. I had ordered & received the Super Serum Skin Tint with SPF 40 sunscreen & used it for about a week but wasn't 100% sold that it was the right product for me. The coverage was great & the best tint color I had ever been matched with but, at age 73 with combination oily skin especially my forehead I'm not interested in looking more dewy. I reached out to customer service & connected with Gian. She had my picture, knew what tint color I had been using & then matched me up with the Skin Rewind Complexion Stick which should work with my mature skin. These are great products backed up by employees that actually care about the customer. How refreshing!

No customer service

I worked from home the whole day to receive my delivery, but I got a notification saying I was not at home. The package was then sent to a pickup point. When I went there, they told me they don’t have it.I tried contacting Iliya Beauty multiple times: by email (no reply), by phone (no answer), and by live chat. The chat told me that for the Netherlands I must call or email, but both options are unsuccessful. I leave in two days, and I am also not in good health with reduced mobility, so I cannot keep traveling back and forth to a pickup point.At this point, I don’t know where my package is or who to contact. This level of customer service is very disappointing.
