Buying cosmetics can be a challenge, especially online as you can't be confident you have the correct shade until you receive it. I was already a huge fan of Ilia Beauty's tinted SPF serum and needed a concealer so decided to try theirs. Loved the product but it was just a tad too yellow for my complexion. Ilia has a return/exchange policy for "gently used" items so I completed the online request. To my amazement, I received a full refund AND I didn't have to return the product!! This is a $30 concealer we're talking about! What amazing customer service and a great way to spread the word about their company. I will DEFINITELY continue buying my cosmetics from Ilia Beauty!!
